Really bad at this....
I think I've established that I'm really bad at keeping this blog going, but I'm going to try again. Here's what has been coming off of the needles lately....
Clapotis for Beckie's Christmas
My new cardigan.... (Dollar and Half from Interweave Spring 2007)
Celtic Tote - I LOVE this bag!!
My long neglected pinwheel FINALLY got blocked...
And I'm working on a log cabin scrap quilt, just to have around the house....
this isn't a great photo, but you'll get the idea.

Other people's knitting...
It's a knitted car. Yes. You heard me right. A hand knitted Ferrari. It's intended to question the relationship between the male and female....a masculine symbol and a feminine craft.
I wonder if that's an old honda underneath?

Works in Progress right now...
This is the pinwheel that will never end! It's my "I'm too tired to think about it" project. I absolutely love the yarn...it's kid mohair from Brooks Farm Yarns. It's gonna be great...I'm just going to be knitting on it for the next three years!
Also right now, I'm working on a fair isle for me. I'm hoping to be able to wear it this fall...the photo is the corrugated ribbing at the bottom and the colors I've chosen for the rest of it. You can see the pattern in the corner. The yarn is Nature Spun Sport by Brown Sheep Yarns.

I can't believe I never posted this one!
It's mostly my pattern...just a big tube with holes left in it to add on the little sleeves. It's got ribbing at both ends to keep it nice and snug. One of my students brought the yarn over because it matched da Gooch's harness!
